dc.description.abstractThis manual provides guidance on best practice for laboratories carrying out the official sanitary control of fishery products. It provides appropriate information on how to fulfil the requirements of ISO/IEC 170252, giving detailed guidance on requirements for undertaking chemical and microbiological testing.
